  Jersey Mike's just opened a shop in a strip mall in Parma, so I thought I would give it a shot. Not promising stopping by around 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday evening and the place was near empty. Overall, I would say the place is good, not great. On the plus side, everything tasted fresh and meats were sliced fresh. But the vegetable selection was paltry compared to even a Subway and only one choice of bread-white. Moreover, a "mini" sub was almost $6 and a regular was over $7. Not a good value at all. Another small but irksome feature was not only the large, prominently placed Tip Jar, but a feature on the credit card swipe which automatically gives you a percentage to tip BEFORE you even get your food! Tips should be reserved to wait staff who actually bring food/drinks, empty dishes, ask if everything is OK, etc. This is ridiculous.

  This place is great. The bread is baked fresh all day, the produce is cut fresh, everything is cut & cooked to order, you can't really go wrong!
