  The parmatown location is the best in the area. Great service. Terrific coffee. I really like this place but HATE it when they serve my coffee in a to go cup when I come into dine. Taking one star away.

  Henry is the best server, first class service. Nice place to have ice cream or milkshakes. Helpings can be small for dinner.

  I'm here now and first off there were plenty of tables took at least ten minutes to even get acknowledged. Our hostess asked how many? That what all she said we followed her she placed the menus on the table and walked away. We asked our server and another server for crayons for our 2 boys. And I still have not received them. As I'm sitting here I hear a few seniors complaining about the food. To top it off my wife takes our youngest to the bathroom she comes right back and asks if I can take him to men's because the smell was overwhelming. I go into the men's it smelled like vomit. This all before we got our food. Funny thing is I was here about 6 weeks ago and had a completely better experience. This area is becoming harder and harder to find exceptional service. Hope they get it together because this was a favorite.

  The kid at the drive thru couldn't make change. He had earphones in and was playing with his phone. I gave him $20.42 on a $6.42 bill. It took him 4 minutes and he gave me $14.01 back. My seasoned fries weren't. The non recyclable form cup had a crack in it and dumped a pint on cold diet coke on me. The new drink they gave me was regular coke. The only thing they did right was give me a bunch of napkins for my spilled drink.
